Enquiry
Tell us about your vehicle
Four things really: who you are, how we reach you, what the vehicle is and what’s going on with it.
We'll use the details you provide to respond to your enquiry. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
Broken down?
If it won't get to us.
If your car or van won't make it to the workshop, we've got our own recovery van and may be able to bring the vehicle back here. For recovery, ringing is the best first step.

Got something other than a Transit?
That's fine. Transits are a particular focus here, but we also do general servicing and mechanical repairs on cars and vans.

Services
What do you need help with?
Common questions
Before you get in touch.
If yours isn't here, ring and ask — that's usually quicker anyway.
Do I need to know what's wrong with my van before contacting you?
No. Tell us what the vehicle is doing and give us whatever detail you can — working out what it is, is our job.
What information should I send about my Transit?
Registration, current mileage and any relevant service or repair history. That's usually enough for us to establish what you've got.
Can you recover my vehicle if it won't drive?
We've got our own recovery van. Ring us with the vehicle, where it is and what happened and we'll tell you what we can do.
Do you only work on Ford Transits?
No. Transits are a particular focus, but we also handle general car and van servicing and mechanical repairs.
Do you do bodywork?
No. We concentrate on mechanical servicing and repairs rather than bodywork or paint.
